ERKADO FORTECA

GENERAL INFORMATION

• The FORTECA security door, opening outwards or inwards, has a sound insulation performance of Rw-38dB, a security class according to the Polish standard PN EN 1627:2012 of RC2 or RC3, and a mechanical strength class of 5
• The door is available in the GOLD and SILVER package, with optional installation, and with a steel frame.
• The door is to be used as an interior entrance door.

CONSTRUCTION

• frame element made of wood covered with glued HDF sheets
• filling with a special full sheet
• the entire door leaf is reinforced with steel sheet
• door leaf thickness 46 mm

DESIGN

• the edge of the door leaf is produced with STANDARD technology (with CPL 0.2 and 0.7 laminate glued with an ABS edge, exclusively in the colour of the door leaf or, for an extra charge, with a black side panel)
• colour of the inserts (inlays): on both sides of the door leaf there is an 8 mm or 50 mm wide insert (inlay) in brushed steel, black or brushed gold, flush with the plane of the door
• edges in the colour of the leaf or, optionally, plain black (in the NATURAL CROSS-GRAIN OAK PREMIUM version the edge of the door leaf is black with cross-grain)
• HDF sheet covered with GREKO, PREMIUM or CPL foil
• side and top panels glued to the wall (only with a wall-mounted door frame and an 8 cm snap-on trim) and panels integrated with the door frame

HARDWARE

• four silver 2-pin hinges ⌀ 16, with 3D adjustment (20) with steel door frame
• four-point security lock as standard with two cylinders
• four anti-lift pins on the hinge side
• possibility of fitting an arm-type door closer
• key-hole distance of the lower lock 92 mm

FIXED REBATED DOOR FRAME

• Fixed door frame made of wood covered with MDF sheet. In the FORTECA RC3 it is reinforced from the inside, on the strike-plate side, with a steel edge profile
• installation range: 90-450 mm, in 40 mm steps
• adjustable main strike piece in the frame and two adjustable strike pieces for the hook and the second lock

GOLD / GOLD black PACKAGE

• The FORTECA door offered in the GOLD PACKAGE is assembled together with the built-in steel or wooden threshold and the multi-point lock, and has ready-made holes for fitting the handle and escutcheon, a peephole provision (hole to be drilled on your own) and certified burglar-resistant handles and cylinders, in silver or, for an extra charge, in black in the black version of the GOLD package.

SILVER PACKAGE

• The FORTECA door leaf in the SILVER PACKAGE is assembled with a steel or wooden threshold and the multi-point lock. The certified peephole and the hardware are recommended to be chosen from the ERKADO range or the range of another external company, paying attention to the important information on maintaining the security class.
